Facilities Management
The facilities management team at Pentlands Science Park provide an 
excellent service enabling all site tenants to carry out their work in an effective, well maintained environment.
A dedicated team including electricians, engineers, administrators and groundsmen provide a complete spectrum of services including waste management and recycling; maintenance and servicing; plant and equipment; buildings and repairs; as well as arranging statutory inspections and routine checks to plant and equipment.
Working in collaboration with approved specialist contractors the highly experienced facilities management team at Pentlands Science Park are perfectly equipped to take care of all its tenants’ needs.
