Biosafety Testing

biosafety testingWith extensive experience in the conduct of biosafety testing, in accordance with international regulatory requirements, Moredun Scientific supports the development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals through the provision of high quality testing services. By working closely with our clients we assist them in meeting their manufacturing targets in highly regulated environments through on-time delivery of test results.

All our studies are conducted to meet Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Our portfolio of pharmacopoeial compliant assays is focused on In Vivo assays and Microbiology tests. A collaboration with our partner, Vitrology, broadens this offering to include, In Vitro Virology, Molecular Biology and Electron Microscopy services.

Our assays are used to test raw materials, cell lines, virus seeds, bulk harvests and final products, they cover a range of biopharmaceutical types including therapeutic antibodies, recombinant proteins, vaccines and cell therapy products.
