Environmental Policy

Moredun takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously.  As an organisation we seek to carry out our various activities in a manner that minimises any negative impact on the environment.  Our commitment to environmental responsibility has led to the Moredun Group (including Pentlands Science Park) being awarded BS EN ISO 14001:2004 registration. 

We regularly assess and review any environmental impact that our activities may cause, and continue to identify improvements in areas such as waste management and energy conservation.

The review of environmental objectives is carried out regularly by the Environment Protection Advisory Group (EPAG).  These meetings regularly review changes in work activities which affect the environment and provides a framework for implementation of our environmental policy.
